In Other News...

I just resigned from my position as Director of Sales at the company I work for. My boss was surprisingly gracious and offered to keep me on in a straight commission capacity. So that's good. He's got something of a temper, so I thought he may have me escorted from the building. Apparently, I will still be working here in some capacity. Even from Wisconsin.

Our realtor is coming over to the crack house home for a final walk through, so hopefully the sign will be up by Friday.

Things is progressin' most rapidly.

Wish me luck. It's a pretty scary place to be.

The jealousy on my part is still there. I yearn for the small town life. Me hatesss the cityssssss.

I know it can be panic-inducing but it sounds like you have it all under control - as least as much as you can expect to. And the news about your job is great!

Thanks s00ted. Come with us...we're going to wear black sweatsuits and white nikes and wait for the mother ship to come get us. Because, you know, that's what people do in small towns...

I'm excited and nervous.

Mostly excited.

Congrats on the job situation, P. Sounds like you know what you're doing and have things moving along the right path in your life.

Now if only we could get you out to New York City, then you'd really be stylin. And the home games we could put together....legendary.

Wishing you the best with job changes. Now i have to go dig in the couch to replace the bankroll you deleted last night.

Another fine night of pokering, by the way, right up until the end.

Best,
Mr. P.

Was it the onion that had a shirt for sale that noted...

"It's Not a Crack House, It's A Crack Home."

I loved that one. Good luck with the new job gig...hope that works out...
